Good thing I’m not sick anymore, else I cannot post this. And I really want to post this. The topic this Wednesday is about the Top 5 books that would make good video games. Well, it was kind of hard making up this list. The main reason is I have limited knowledge about video games. I played some of them, but it was a long long time ago.
I really hope this list is good. Especially, the ideas.
THE LIGHTNING THIEF BY RICK RIORDAN
I know this is so lame, but I’m thinking of build-your-own-camp thing. You know, like those games where you make your own city and such. Also, you can train warriors and attack other camps. The gods should make an appearance as well and help the warriors, but they’d be expensive—their cost would be a huge amount of celestial bronze. The heroes in the book would guide the player. The Oracle, she’d give missions.
HARRY POTTER AND THE DEATHLY HALLOWS BY J.K. ROWLING
Actually, I enjoyed the battle scenes in this book more than the movie. A lot had happened that didn’t appear on the big screen. For this, my idea is this. It would be awesooooome!!!
THE HUNGER GAMES BY SUZANNE COLLINS
Now, this is exciting. Of course, the tributes battling in the arena. You’re free to choose which tribute and which sponsor (to make things exciting!). Each sponsor should have that one special item that the tribute can only use once. Other items have to be earned by doing stuff—hunting for game, killing a fellow tribute, and such.
TO ALL THE BOYS I’VE LOVED BEFORE BY JENNY HAN
I have to include a Contemporary here. My thought about this is a dress up game or one of those dating games. Hahaha!
MISS PEREGRINE’S HOME FOR PERCULIAR CHILDREN BY RANSOM RIGGS
I was thinking, kill as many hollows you can by using only one peculiar child—which you are free to choose. Other peculiars could not be chosen, unless you level up.
THANKS FOR READING! I HOPE YOU LIKED IT!
